How long does shipping take?

Since our fulfillment centers are located all around the world, we ask that our customers allow anywhere between 1 week (United States) and 2 weeks (International) after shipment for their order(s) to arrive–in some cases it may take a little longer.

Also, as we have a large assortment of various products stored in different warehouse locations, it is possible that some products may get shipped out separately. No worries, it is completely normal for one item to arrive a few days before the other(s).

    Does my order need to go through customs?
    Because your order is dispatched internationally, it has to be cleared through customs. Don't worry—we'll handle it for you. 

    What about duties and taxes?

    We eliminate the guesswork for you. All applicable taxes and duties are included in your order total at checkout.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    • Orders are processed and delivered Monday–Friday, except for national holidays. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays. 

    All orders will be dispatched from our warehouses withing 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days.

    This does mean we ship worldwide, so you can shop with us wherever you are.
